My cat's inner eyelid is showing, blocking vision. What should I do?

Hi, there's a male cat in my college who suddenly has an eye condition in which the inner skin seems to be growing out of his left eye. It's blocking it's vision and causing discomfort. Please advise what I can do to help..

It's difficult for me to understand what is happening here, but it makes me think of conjunctivitis as this could appear as swollen tissue that may make his eyelids appear to roll outward. I agree that there is nothing you can do personally and an ophthalmic exam is needed.

    You can unfortunately do nothing to help this condition yourself, it's probably a third eyelid condition, it could be an inflammation but it could also be something more serious such as a foreign body under the third eyelid. you must take Candy to the vet , they will have to put her under sedation in order to examine the eye properly.
