Why is my puppy throwing up and has diarrhea after a raw egg?

My puppy is throwing up, and recently had diahrrea. Yesterday was the first time i tried adding a raw egg to his diet. Thats the oonly thing that has changed qith his diet. He eats kibble. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 27 days old

Feed Chop a bland diet of boiled chicken and cooked White rice for the day and see if you have improvements. If the vomiting persist, do not hesitate to take him to the vet for a physical exam. At the vet office they may want to perform an intestinal parasite exam, possibly testing him for parvovirus if is vaccines are not up to date and even possibly taking an x-ray to rule out a foreign body.
