Puppy not eating, soft stool, lethargic in heat. What should I do?

Hi my puppy was suffering from diarrhea for a number of weeks. Her tests were clear. Since then she's been on prescription food she's been fine. However today we are in triple digit heat where we live so she doesn't want to eat her food (normal) & she's pooped a lot today it's all been solid except for the last one it was tiny but a little of it looked not so solid. Should I just wait it out until she eats again? I've been giving her ice so she'll stay hydrated. she really just wants to sleep. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 7 months old | 7.2 lbs

You sound like you are doing all the right things! I hope the prescription food clears her up longterm! If just the end of the stool is soft I would not worry too much. You could give some probiotics, but at this point just monitoring is perfectly appropriate. I hope this helps!
