What causes my dog's recurring bloody diarrhea and how to treat it?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 4 months old | 14 lbs

I changed several vets and still same condition with Macho 2 days he is good 3rd day again dihrea and blood and even i followed every vet instructions with antibiotics and other medicine as flagyl but even Macho finished antibiotics well the situation is same he has 2 good days with normal poop and 3 rd day dihrea etc.. that makes me too worried

Poor guy. You can try a long term antibiotic such as Tylosin powder which treats for chronic colitis (bloody loose stool) in dogs. Also keeping him on a prescription diet of Royal Canin Gastrointestinal high fiber would be my suggestion. I would also recommend having your vet test Macho for a Vit B deficiency, as this may be the underlying cause which would require him to get Vit B supplements. If he still continues to have issues after trying to above recommendations then I would consider getting him an abdominal ultrasound or endoscopy done to determine what I going on with his intestinal tract.
