Hey - My cat Panda just got diagnosed with Hookworm, we have two doses of Strongid to give him 2 wks apart...but how will the worms ever go away if he is using his litterbox where he poops his infected poop into? I mean, even if I scoop it out daily, aren't the larvae still going to be in his litter and getting into his paws? 2 - How do my husband & I prevent ourselves from getting infected? Our cat sleeps in the bed with us...aren't the larvae on his little paws getting on everything we touch??
