My five month old kitten ate a half of boiled sweet Italian sausage 3 days ago hasn't eaten and is vomiting clear liquid is he going to be okay. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 27 days old | 4 lbs

Hi there and thanks for your question. I am sorry Buddy is not feeling well. The sausage is full of fat and spices that could cause stomach upset or pancreatitis. If Buddy hasn't eaten in 3 days and is vomiting, the best thing to do is take him into your local vet clinic so Buddy can be given fluids and anti nausea medications and other supportive treatments. Kittens are very susceptible to dehydration and low blood sugar when they haven't eaten in days, so it is important Buddy get care as soon as possible. I hope Buddy can be treated soon!
