My dog is sick, vomiting, diarrhea, and tired. Should I go to the vet?

My dog has been sick over the last 12 hours.he can't keep his water down. He's very tired and looks and smells unwell his belly is a bit harder then normal and his last 2 stalls were diarrhea should I take him to see a vet or wait to see if he improves over the next 12 hour. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 10 months old | 61 lbs

The best advice I can give is to take him to the vet. What you are describing could be due to eating a poison or a severe stomach/intestinal disease. This can quickly make them dehydrated, which will give the sick/tired appearance. If he cannot keep water down, then a vet will need to give fluids in order to keep him from getting too dehydrated. They can also help identify what the problem is and hopefully give specific treatment for the problem. I hope that helps and Paddy gets well soon.
