Usually these signs are due to a respiratory tract infection/inflammation due to a viral infection. Herpes virus is usually involved. Immediate veterinary intervention is needed as antibiotics may be necessary. These are very serious signs in such a young kitten and may be related to an aspiration pneumonia, severe viral/bacterial infection or even heavy worm burden. She should be seen by a vet as soon as possible to institute immediate treatment to stabilize her condition, oxygen therapy, fluids and antibiotics may all be required
