Hello! Is she healthy or is there something wrong with her?

I believe you are going to have to provide us with some more information about your kitty for us to help determine if she has a problem. We cannot diagnose a health condition from a photo alone. In this photo I see a cat who could either be sleeping or who could be very lethargic. Sleeping would not be concerning but if she is so lethargic she is laying like this, then a veterinary exam is needed. We may be able to provide more information if you give us an idea of her behavior/symptoms she is having.
