My cat won't use the litter box, and the vet found no medical issues. What can I do?

I have a 6 year old male neutered cat that refuses to use litter box. He has been checked by vet and nothing wrong medically. Any suggestions about how to get him to use box?

This situation can be. Dry frustrating. I would increase the number of litter boxes and use feliway. This is a cat pheromone that can help decrease stress and irritation. Also try to decrease stress in house by keeping a quote area for Dakota to rest. If that does not help your vet might be able to recommend medications to help with this issue. Thanks for using pet coach.
