This is concerning in a puppy as this could represent a variety of conditions such as parvovirus, even if she has already received the first vaccine. Other possibilities include intestinal worms or even gastroenteritis or dietary indiscretion. I recommend that you have Nova evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. The sooner these types of conditions get treated, the better. Good luck!
