My kitten has FORLs. Can this dental disease be treated to save adult teeth?

Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 11 days old | 9.6 lbs

My 6.5 month old kitten was just diagnosed with FORLs. Can this disease be treated so that it doesn't infect his adult teeth?

At 6 months Knyazz should have all of his adult teeth. If he has severe stomatitis I would recommend checking for hemobartonella. This is a disease that can affect there teeth and mouth at a young age. I typically do not see resorptive lesions this young or in baby teeth. Hope that helps
