Why is my cat shaking his tail and struggling to pee in the litter box?

Recently my cat has been peeing differently when he does he starts to shake his tail while hes sittin in the litter box . this is only recently. I change his liter and clean it always and hes has teo boxes so he doesnt get annoyed by uses the same one always. Always hes been netured and had his shots hes 1 years old almost two . So basically its not like hes spraying because when he does that he doesnt even Go in the litter he goes to a wall. But use see when he goes in he sits and trys to pee

It sounds like your cat might be painful when he is urinating - the tail shaking can be seen in cat's with urinary discomfort. This is common in young adult male cats and can be related to cystitis, bladder stones or a urinary tract infection. If he seems to be going more frequently, passing less urine than normal, or if he begins urinating outside the box you should see your veterinarian right away. They may recommend checking a urine sample.
