My 2-month-old puppy's paw is bleeding after walking on pavement. What to do?

I take my 2 month old puppy outside of my house on the pavement. I started to notice she has been bleeding from her paw, on the up side close to her nail. What should I do

Bailey is a great name. It is possible she snagged her toe nail and that cause some bleeding or she cut her paw. I would apply gentle pressure and monitor it at home. If it does not stop bleeding, has smelly discharge, or has any swelling I would recommend taking her to a veterinarian for a good exam and possible medications. Hope that helps
