Hi there. I'm not sure how long ago she ate the cookies but that small amount of chocolate chips should not really harm her. It is the unsweetened baker's chocolate that is the huge problem for dogs. When this happens the diarrhea is usually self-limiting meaning it will go away on it's own within a day or so. I would give her 3 teaspoons of pepto bismol but I would only give the one dose - it contains aspirin and can cause ulcers in the stomach if given too much. You may also want to give her some probiotics. I suggest Fortiflora but you can use any kind that is made for dogs. I hope this helps. Best wishes and I hope Nova is back to her normal self soon!
