My unspayed cat has discharge and heat signs. Is it pyometra?

My 1 yr old cat is not spayed yet, she has vaginal discharge that is thick, white and cloudy. She is walking around meowing like she is in heat, but is acting normal otherwise. i know cats dont discharge during heat cycle.. could it be pyometra? i called the only local vet open at this time and they would not help me as they didnt consider it an emergency. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

It is probably pyometra, if you can see the discharge it is usually an open pyometra which means it is less urgent (but still is quite urgent), she needs to be taken to the vet today and will probably need to have her uterus removed ASAP.
