I am sorry Jill is not feeling well. Recent research actually shows with holding food is not great for pancreatitis. I would recommend feeding small meals more often of a bland diet. This can be boiled chicken and white rice or prescription dog food like hills Id. I would be concerned about why the pancreatitis is coming back. It is possible Jill needs to be on a prescription low fat diet the rest of her life. Usually diet can prevent flare ups. I would also make sure is was diagnosed with pancreatitis this time because vomiting doesn't always have to be linked to pancreatitis. Vomiting can be from foreign object ingestion , toxins and infection. I would make sure to consult your vet about a permanent diet change
