Diabetes in cats typically presents with a dry hair coat, weight loss, an increase in drinking and an increase in urination. More advanced untreated diabetics can also start vomiting and stop eating. If you are concerned about Pooky, I would recommend she be evaluated by her regular veterinarian to try to determine any symptoms you might be seeing. Diabetes can be disgnosed with a blood and urine test. Good luck!
