My dog's ear looks infected. Can I buy ear drops to save on vet costs?

My dog has some markings within her ear, looks like an ear infection. I was wondering if I can just buy some sort of ear drops specific IRS for animals because I'm not quite sure of the cost for when I take her to be seen by the veterinarian. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 1 month old
