Most eyelid masses in dogs are benign Meibomian gland adenomas that do not typically cause any major problems. However, if Max's eyelid mass is growing rapidly, bleeding, or causing irritation to the eye (such as squinting or discharge), it would be best to have the mass surgically removed. If you have further concerns, Max should go to his vet for evaluation. I hope this helps!

That’s actually somewhat big for a mass on the eyelid. The eyelid only has so much space so when pets do get growths on the area, we treat those differently than if it was a mass on the skin. I recommend to remove any eyelid masses early while they are smaller as this ensures an easier and less complicated surgery. Which is better for everyone involved. I recommend to make an appointment with your veterinarian for a mass removal consultation and have this taken off. I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post any additional questions.

I recommend to have that examined and to discuss removal. That looks like a fairly large mass (given the size of the eye lid). Regarding masses on the eye lid, the larger they are, the harder they are to remove so these are generally removed at smaller sizes. Talk to your veterinarian about your options. I hope this helps.
