My puppy won't eat, keeps vomiting, still sick after vet. What now?

My puppy won't eat food for two days.i took it to a vet but its not better what can i do.its vomit after eat.

Hello. I am sorry your puppy isn't feeling well. If your puppy is still not eating, or if it continues to vomit, especially after eating, then you should bring it back to the vet. They may need to do x-rays to make sure that there isn't a blockage that is preventing food from going through. Puppies can get dehydrated very quickly if not eating or drinking, or if vomiting a lot, so it is important to make sure your puppy has the fluids it needs.
