My cat has severe pancreatitis and isn't eating. What are her chances?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | spayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 11 lbs

My 4yr cat has pancreatitis,we've been treating with 3 doses of antibiotics,fluids twice a week, blood test twice, grooving, flamodadine, meloxicam and sedatives for almost 2 months, seconds blood work showed only 10 percent improvement, they said its so severe it's just taking longer for her too heal, meanwhile she hasn't eaten in 4 days only water, drooling, her ability too walk,falling over n off things, blood in stool,what r her chances of recovery

I'm sorry to hear Juanita isn't feeling well. It sounds like she has made little improvement. The pancreas is a small organ, but when it is angry, it is very difficult to heal. The best treatment is what you are doing, but she really needs to eat. If she isn't doing that on her own, you need to discuss medications to stimulate her appetite, or have the vet place a feeding tube so you can feed her. Cats need to eat every day, and when she doesn't eat enough calories, her system can shut down making things much worse. Also, if not already done, I would recommend an abdominal ultrasound to make sure we aren't missing something else on top of the pancreatitis. At the rate she is currently going, her prognosis looks poor. I am sending good thoughts to you and Juanita!
