Why is my dog bleeding from his genital area? What are the causes?

My dog is bleeding out of his genital area. Please help me figure out why

Max may have a urinary tract infection, possibly prostate issues, possibly bladder stones, possibly liver issues, possibly heartworm disease possibly other causes like neoplasia. He should see a veterinarian rather quickly for a urine analysis a prostate palpation , possible X-rays and blood work . I could not see clearly the picture and I strongly recommend he sees a veterinarian for a detailed physical exam and Diagnostics. Good luck with him.
