Why is my dog bleeding from his genital area? What are the causes?

My dog is bleeding out of his genital area. Please help me figure out why. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 7 months old | 109 lbs

Max may have a urinary tract infection, possibly prostate issues, possibly bladder stones, possibly liver issues, possibly heartworm disease possibly other causes like neoplasia. He should see a veterinarian rather quickly for a urine analysis a prostate palpation , possible X-rays and blood work . I could not see clearly the picture and I strongly recommend he sees a veterinarian for a detailed physical exam and Diagnostics. Good luck with him.
