Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 10 lbs
My dog is looking really sad these days, he doesn't want to eat anything, he spends the whole day sleeping and he isn't reacting as happy as before. He's expelling a yellow substance through his penis that most people say is normal, but he has never had that, it was since one week. His skin is turning red and with a lot of points and I think he has fever. The first day I noticed the symptoms (3 days ago) he vomited something yellow. I'd be really thankful if you could help me! What can I do? :c

Sorry to hear that Coco is not feeling well. I would suggest taking COCO in to your vet to be seen. The penile discharge may be normal and it may also indicate a urinary tract infection, especially if he is running a fever and sick. The skin could be a separate problem or part of a whole systemic infection. Since he is vomiting, not feeling well and exhibiting all of these other symptoms, a vet should really take a look at him so he can receive the proper treatment. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
