My puppy skips meals, has gas, and mushy poop. Should I change food?

Currently feeding my puppy Blue Buffalo Chicken and Brown Rice. He hasn't been eating regularly for a few weeks and often skips meals. He doesn't have any issues with eating his training treats though. He also has gas and his bowel movements are not regular in time or consistency. Some are regularly and some are quite mushy. In addition, he eats a lot of grass bdoesn't throw up at all. Should I stick with this food or start introducing something new?

I'm sorry to hear Toby is having some GI issues. Is the did he is on a puppy specific food? If it isn't, I would recommend a puppy specific diet. I would also recommend he have a fecal screening to ensure he doesn't have any intestinal parasites contributing to his issue. Occasionally, grain free diets can be too protein dense for certain dogs to tolerate well and a switch to a different diet may be beneficial. I would feed a bland diet for the next couple of days, and then consider switching his diet long-term. If he starts vomiting regularly or acting lethargic, I would have him seen by his regular veterinarian. Good luck!
