What if my dog's bulging ear hematoma isn't treated quickly?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 4 months old | 32 lbs

Hi Doc as per our discussion is it very dangerous that hematoma for ear bulging is not treated quickly will there be any serius effect on Ceasers health. Please let me know the course of action

No, no serious effects but certainly aural hematoma could get worse detaching more skin from ear cartilage. Procedure might get more complicated with time.
