Hello, I have a 3 and a half week old kitten who was rescued after being found orphaned, the clinic said he has a uri and gab me clavamox and erythromycin, which I have been giving him diligently. It's been about 3 days and his eyes are still very swollen, I'm concerned there is something else besides the uti causing this, I also am unsure if the medication is helping. The swelling seems to have decreased slightly since I got him but is still very sever. I would appreciate any advice I could get

If his eyes are still closed or swollen closed he may need a recheck with the vet. Sometimes very young kittens can develop abscesses around or even of the eye itself. You can try doing warm washcloth compresses over his eyes multiple times daily but he may need further intervention.
