Why is my cat vomiting clear liquid for two days but acting normal?

Our cat has been vomiting for two days now, but has no other symptoms and is acting normal otherwise. The vomit is clear at all times. She is still drinking water, eating, and using the litter box normally. The only issue is the constant vomiting (1 an hour) and it is clear. What could the issue be? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

Thank you for your post! Vomiting once an hour is definitely excessive and abnormal. My concern is that Jasmine may have eaten something and it is either partially or fully obstructing her somewhere in her GI tract. Another concern of mine is that she may have something systemic going on. I would schedule an aappointment with your vet to have bloodwork and xrays performed to rule out some possible causes.
