I have a puppy that is approx 6 weeks old. When we first got him, the lady said that he was 6 weeks but he turned out to be 4 weeks. He has been on blue buffalo since we brought him home but now he doesnt want to eat it. I have tried mixing it with wet food to no avail.

He's adorable! It's unusual for puppies to not eat. He should go to your veterinarian for vaccinations soon and they will examine him and check for worms (intestines parasites). Most puppies have worms and when they find which kind from a fecal sample they will deworm him with the right medication. He looks healthy in the photo so I'm not overly concerned but your veterinarian will check for other problems and may recommend another food. What a cute puppy! It is possible that Judge just does not like the food. I would try adding warm water to the kibble to make it a little softer. If this does not work you can try changing the diet to any puppy food. I would recommend feeding such a small puppy 3 times a day so he keeps up his blood sugar. If he continues to not want to eat I would recommend taking him to a vet to make sure he is not sick. If is very common for puppies to have parasites that can make them not feel well.
