Puppy has diarrhea, vomiting, and won't eat after spay. Is it stress?

Puppy's stomach acting up since ystrday. She's had diarrhea since 3am today but it's all mucus. Gave her boiled chicken ystrday she threw that up this morning & refuses food altogether now she drank a little water. She's playful but wants to sleep bcuz she hasn't slept well in a few days. We're thinking she's just stressed from her cone bcuz of her spay last wk she didn't get into anything. called emergency a few times & was told to wait it out. Same with regular vet's office. What can this be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 months and 1 day old | 7.2 lbs

If you are worried I would take snowball in. It could be stress fromher recent surgery but parasites and parvo foreign bodies are all a concern with a puppy. If she is still vomitting or diarrhea I suggest a vet visit.
