My husky puppy has persistent bloody diarrhea. What's the cause?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

My Siberian husky of9 months n I got him last month from breeder he is having loose motions but his health is fine I don't find him weak or restless or loosing weight but he is light weight. I gave him stamoch infection tablet like O2 then I asked doctor he gave him deworming tablet still problem of loose motions is not cured. It smells terrible. Today I gave him lomotin tablet but morning he passed motions twice with drops of blood. Motions r 3 to 4 times a day. He is eating dog food. What todo

I am sorry Prince isn't feeling well. If the diarrhea isn't cause by intestinal parasites, you need to have a vet rule out bacterial, viral, or allergic reasons. I recommend a vet exam so they can look at his stool under a microscope and get him on the proper treatment. Good luck and kisses to Prince!

    It may just be from stress with her change in environment or from diet change but it could also be from a parasite. The best thing would be to have your vet test a stool sample to make sure she doesn't have coccidia or giardia. Both of those parasites require a different medication to treat and are not covered with routine puppy deworming. You may also need to switch her to an intestinal puppy diet and see if that helps. Also, add a probiotic to her diet, like Proviable or Fortiflora. Good luck with your new puppy!
