My dog swallowed a Kool Fever pad. Is it poisonous? What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | neutered | 8 months and 1 day old | 14 lbs

Dear Petco Pet Education Center, I have a question, needing some guides for my pet puppy. A 1.5years old toy poodle. He has accidentally swallowed one pad of my kool fever (as attached), has been a day now & he still did not vomit it out. Please kindly advise if that is poisonous for him & what should we do to help?

Oh no, it's not good that Milo ate this pad! I am having difficulties looking up the ingredients of the product since it is originally from Japan. There is the potential that it could contain ingredients toxic to Milo, and without seeing the ingredients myself, I can't say if he will be ok or not. I recommend calling the Pet Poison Hotline at 855-764-7661. There is a $59US charge for the call, but they have veterinary toxicologists available 24/7. You can tell them the ingredients of the KoolFever, and they can let you know what needs to be done for Milo. Good luck!
