Why is my 1-month-old kitten not eating, sleeping, and has weepy eyes?

Hi my little 1 and a half month old kitty I got last week is not doing so well she isn't eating anymore. And she sleeps all day doesn't want to play. She is drinking water still and still using the litter box. Her eyes are very weepy tho. I'm not quite sure whats going on I can't get to the vets right now so I'm looking for alternatives can you help me? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 29 days old

There are no alternatives but to take her to the vet urgently, she is very sick and probably suffering from a severe infection, she will probably need antibiotic treatment and only a vet will be able to help you with that.
