My dog on prescription diet has diarrhea after canned food. What helps?

6.5 year old pug mix. On prescription diet (Royal Canin SO) vet sold his food so he had to have canned for 2 days a week ago. Eating kibble again but still has diarrhoea. What can I give him to help him. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | 6 years and 9 months old

You can add one tablespoon of canned pumpkin into his food once a day for 3-5 days, if it's just something minor it could solve the problem, if the diarrhea does not stop you should take him to your vet in order to get it sorted with medications.
