My dog ate detergent, vomited, but is okay. Should I call the vet?

my dog vomit after digesting a small of detergent but she still running around and eating do I still need to take her to a vet. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 27 days old | 7 lbs

If she seems fine, and is eating and drinking normally without vomiting you are probably ok to just continue to monitor her. She already vomited so any induction of vomiting is unnecessary at this point. If she starts vomiting more, has diarrhea, or doesn't want to eat, or seems ill in any way, then she needs to see a vet.
