My dog lola is a mix,2yrs old weighs approx.14-15 pounds.she is trembling,she vomited,pooped soft yellowish.wont eat just drinks water. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 1 month old

I'm sorry to hear Lola isn't feeling well. There are multiple reasons Lola could be vomiting and having diarrhea, such as pancreatitis (an inflammation of the pancreas), intestinal parasites, gastroenteritis (an upset GI system), dietary indiscretion or something possibly stuck in her intestines. I would have Lola evaluated by her regular veterinarian to determine the underlying cause for her GI signs, have any diagnostics done (X-rays, fecal screening) and any treatment that may be necessary to get her feeling better.
