Poor Bella! She has likely gotten into something that has given her gastroenteritis, which is causing the vomiting and diarrhea. If she can't keep food and water down without vomiting, she needs to see a vet and get on anti nausea medication like cerenia. If the diarrhea is not resolving on its own, she likely needs to have some probiotics on board and an antibiotic like metronidazole. Your vet may also want to do some diagnostics like bloodwork, xrays, and fecal tests to make sure nothing serious is going on. I don't there there is anything else you can do for her at home. Hope that helps!
