My cat has explosive diarrhea and is constantly in the litter box.

Hi my friend's cat Bella (female/spayed) has been having extreme Diarrhea for the past 2-4 nom stop. There is another cat Lilly who is fine. Bella spends around 15 in the litter box and it sounds like peeing but it's poop. She is an extreme but killer, she makes them imobile but taking off their legs and/or wings. Please help

Bella is very sick. With this kind of explosive diarrhea, she could become dehydrated very quickly. She needs to see a vet who may want to do tests on her diarrhea to figure out what is causing it. She may need to be dewormed, or be on oral antibiotics like metronidazole to cure the diarrhea. Hope that helps!
