Dog vomiting clear fluid, no appetite after vet visit. What's next?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 years old | 8 lbs

My toy poodle has been vomiting for a day and no appetite to eat but drinks. Her vomit is clear fluid with bubbles on the middle like saliva. Pls help. Local vet gave her antibiotic and hyradrating salt.

She might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer her boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food if she is better. If she continues vomiting or is not eating, take her back to the vet to get additional treatment.
