My dog is throwing up, bleeding, and peeing blood. Is it serious?

My dog is throwing up and it looks like saliva and hasn't eaten anything since the morning? Also she is recently bleeding from her rectum . I just saw her Peeing and all that came out was blood ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

Daisy definitely needs to be seen by a vet right away. Urinating blood and vomiting are serious signs and they need to be addressed right away. She could have a serious issue like a clotting problem with her blood, she may have ingested a toxin, she may have bladder stones, a uterine infection or any number of other diseases.
