My dog makes snorting, honking noises. Is it reverse sneezing or kennel cough?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 17 days old

Sometimes he makes these snorting noises almost like honking he use to have kennel cough but he isn't coughing it's more of a snorting noise this has been going on for 2 months I also have another chihuahua who hasn't yet been vaccinated against kennel cough if Marley has kennel cough wouldn't my other dog have caught it by now I'm really worried

He could be reverse sneezing. See this video of a dog reverse sneezing: https://youtu.be/CXDledRQ7y4 Reverse sneezing isn't dangerous unless it interferes with breathing.There could be an allergic component. If it persists or worsens, see your vet for an exam.
