Why are both my dogs sneezing? What should I do if they're sick?

I have two dogs whp are voth sneezing. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 30 lbs

It could be that Ziggy and Iggy (LOVE their names!) are suffering from respiratory infections causing their sneezing. Keep them warm and quiet tonight, make sure they eat, and have them seen by a vet in the morning if they are still sneezing. If they don't feel like eating, try to tempt them to eat with some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts, or by soaking their food in gently warmed low sodium beef or chicken broth.
