My male dog is dripping blood from his penis. What should I do now?

We picked up a male stray he extremely skinny and I've noticed that he's been dripping blood from his penis . What could he have? The camera quality is bad but it is definitely blood I've also noticed it on my floors. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered

It is hard to see from the picture, but if it is blood coming from the penis I would be concerned about a urinary tract infection and/or bladder stones. Since you just found him it would be a good idea to take him to the vet to get checked out anyways, and you can bring a samppe of his urine so they can check it for infection. If he does have a bladder infection it can be treated with antibiotics. If he has bladder stones, often times these need to be removed by surgery.
