My male dog is dripping blood from his penis. What should I do now?

We picked up a male stray he extremely skinny and I've noticed that he's been dripping blood from his penis . What could he have? The camera quality is bad but it is definitely blood I've also noticed it on my floors

It is hard to see from the picture, but if it is blood coming from the penis I would be concerned about a urinary tract infection and/or bladder stones. Since you just found him it would be a good idea to take him to the vet to get checked out anyways, and you can bring a samppe of his urine so they can check it for infection. If he does have a bladder infection it can be treated with antibiotics. If he has bladder stones, often times these need to be removed by surgery.
