My dog's stomach gurgling, not eating, no vomiting. Should I worry?

My dog's stomach is making weird noises. He has not eat today, but is not suffering diarrhea or vomiting. His poop is very normal and does not look tired or anything. Is a 3 years old male shih tzu. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 6 months old | 8 lbs

Hi. I am glad that dobby is still feeling and acting ok. If everything else is OK I would monitor tonight, and also offer some boiled rice and hamburger as a bland food, if it progresses and continues another 24 hours, I would get him checked out then. Good luck
