Why is my puppy's runny poop bloody after vaccinations?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 1 day old

Hi I have a puppy pug 9 weeks old and since he had his first lot of injections and micro chipping he has got runny poo with a bit off blood in it when we got him the breeder said that he treated him for worms please can you give me some advise.

It's not likely due to the injections, It sounds as Rocky is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an antibiotic course and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
