Okay but when I go to choose puppy from litter then at that point of time how I get to know he has parvo or not because at that time he won't be doing bloody diarrhoea so how I come to know what if I choose one and take him home and next day he did bloody diarrhoea so I am worried how to choose parvo free from litter

Okay, so once the pup is infected with the virus it effects them really quickly so you'd be really unlucky to take a pup home then for it to develop signs the next day. But I know what you mean, there is no way to be 100% sure that it does not have parvo. I would recommend that you have a careful conversation with the breeder about the bitches vaccination history. Have a good look at the puppies and if they seem bright and healthy they should be parvo free. If you are really worried about it you could request that the puppy gets a first parvo shot before leaving the mother. They can get a parvo vaccine at 6 weeks old. I know parvo is a scary disease but it really is very rare nowadays, and you shouldn't have an issue with it.
