Hello. IF Myke is still vomiting and not getting better, then it could be that he has a virus (parvo-virus is possible, especially if he starts having diarrhea), or could have a gastritis (were you feeding raw chicken or bones? This can make them very sick, never feed bones or raw food), or could have an obstruction (something stuck in his gut preventing him from getting food through). I would suggest trying small meals of boiled rice, and boiled boneless/skinless chicken breasts. If he continues to vomit, or gets weaker, then he needs to go back to the vet for x-rays as well as IV fluids. Good luck with Myke.
