my dog has a sore on the inside of his front leg on his armpit if that makes sense he is licking at it I have bathed it what else can I do. Pet's info: Dog | Cocker Spaniel | Male | neutered | 20 lbs

Besides cleaning the area with a wound cleaner, you could get an E-Collar to prevent him from licking the area. If it is not healing then he will need to see a vet for treatment. He may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or a corticosteroid to help treat the lesion.
