Pet's info: Dog | Biewer Terrier | Male | neutered | 1 year and 9 months old | 3.5 lbs
Hi, my name is Daniela. I have a Biewer Terrier (Family of the Yorkshire terriers) weights 1.6kg and is 1 and 3/4 years old (turning 2 on the 30th of sept) He has been throwing up a lot today (around 5 times) and has barely drunk any water which as a result I have had to force feed him water through a syringe. His energy levels have varied throughout the day, and so has his appetite, but unfortunately throws up again in the end. he threw up again 40 min after I put him in his cage to sleep.

It sounds like little Leo is pretty sick. I would recommend withholding food (and water if he is vomiting that up to) for 12-24 hours. If he is still vomiting after that, then he probably needs to be checked out by your vet. Vomiting can be a symptom of many different disease processes - from intestinal parasites to gastritis to pancreatitis. Your vet may recommend some blood work and possible X-rays (to rule out a blockage) to determine what exactly is going on. Good luck!
