My cat's eye color is changing and looks swollen. Is it infected?

Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 7 months old

Ive been treating her for miliary dermatitis with solution called alcool iode Recently i noticed this eye has been changing a little different from the other eye, First the color became less black around the corner yesterday and today the color above seems less black too I checked and its not red on the inside and she doesnt seem bothered and her Appétit is normal I cant determine if something is wrong with her eye Does it seem to be infected or swollen? Please help Thank you

Her eye looks clear from the picture but the eyelid is red and seems a bit swollen. If she is holding her eye open and it is not red in the inside she may have irritation leading to an infection on her eyelids as a result of a bite or scratching it. It is best to get her treated so it does not spread to her eye
